Account & Data Deletion

You can anonymize your walks, or delete your Rosárium account and data, at any time.

Anonymize (keep walks on the map, remove the link to you)

In the app or website, go to Settings → Anonymize walks. Your prayer walks stay on the shared map but are no longer linked to your identity. You can do this at any time, without deleting your account.

Delete in the app or website

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap or click Delete Account.
3. Choose Delete Account (permanently deletes your account and all your prayer-walk data) or Anonymize & Delete Account (removes your account but keeps your walks on the shared map anonymously).
4. Confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, email h2rc.contact@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login details, and your prayer-walk records (coordinates, times, distance and duration) — unless you chose "Anonymize & Delete", in which case anonymized route geometry remains on the shared map.
